Promised To the Night presents as a quintessential Hazy IPA, defined by an intensely juicy profile that prioritizes hop saturation over biting bitterness. The inclusion of Idaho 7 and Idaho 7 Cryo delivers a dominant core of ripe mango and tropical nectar, while Strata adds a distinctive layer of fresh blueberries and subtle berry-like depth. Eclipse hops brighten the palate with sweet mandarin and zesty citrus notes. Beneath the fruit-forward layers, a soft, bready malt backbone provides a smooth foundation, leading to a plush, off-dry finish that invites repeated sips. It is a vibrant, modern expression of the style that remains remarkably drinkable.

Appearance. SRM 4-6; deep straw to light golden-orange with a thick, opaque haze. Features a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical mango and passionfruit. Secondary notes of sweet mandarin orange and a hint of blueberry. Clean, bready malt supports the hops without any caramel or toast; fermentation is neutral to lightly fruity.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit juice. Strong flavors of ripe mango from the Idaho 7 and sweet mandarin from the Eclipse. The Strata hops contribute a unique berry-like sweetness. Low to medium-high perceived bitterness that is soft and well-integrated. Finish is clean and off-dry with a lingering citrus aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, plush texture typical of the style. Carbonation is moderate. Very low alcohol warmth at 6% ABV; smooth and creamy without any harsh astringency or hop burn.
