This super sessionable American Pale Ale delivers a vibrant tropical punch despite its low alcohol content. By utilizing Hop Unlock yeast, the sensory profile bursts with an amplified bouquet of juicy peach and zesty orange. The deliberate interplay of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Idaho 7 hops provides deep layers of fresh mango pulp and sharp passion fruit. A lean, neutral malt base keeps the focus entirely on the expressive New World hop character. The finish is crisp, clean, and highly refreshing, making it an ideal choice for poolside relaxation where intense fruit flavor is prioritized over potency.
Appearance. Pale straw to golden (3-5 SRM). Pours with a slight haze and a moderately large, white, frothy head with good retention and light lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by stone fruit and citrus. Prominent notes of peach and orange zest lead, followed by tropical nuances of passion fruit and a hint of crushed white grape. Malt is low and neutral, providing a faint grainy sweetness. Clean fermentation with lightly fruity esters.
