This Hazy IPA pours with a characteristic opaque glow, signaling an intense hop experience. The aromatic profile is dominated by the resinous, dank qualities of Chinook and Strata, seamlessly layered with vibrant bursts of tropical fruit and zesty grapefruit from the Citra additions. On the palate, the hop-forward nature remains front and center, offering a lush medley of passion fruit and citrus oil without the sharp bite of traditional styles. The soft, pillowy malt base provides a smooth foundation, leading to a juicy, off-dry finish that emphasizes the depth of the modern hop varieties used in this balanced 6% brew.

Appearance. Straw to gold (SRM 4-6) with a significant, opaque haze and a luminous sheen. It is topped by a thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and beautiful lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring prominent notes of overripe tropical fruit, passion fruit, and bright grapefruit. A distinctive dank character is evident through resinous and slightly piney undertones. Background malt is clean and lightly bready, while fermentation esters are subtly fruity, supporting the hop profile.
