Night At the Disco is a decadent, full-bodied Triple IPA that pushes the boundaries of the Double IPA style with its modern juice-bomb character. A masterful blend of Galaxy, Mosaic Cryo, and Nelson Sauvin hops creates an explosive sensory experience. The Galaxy hops drive intense notes of tropical passionfruit, while Mosaic Cryo contributes deep layers of succulent peaches. Nelson Sauvin provides a sophisticated, vinous counterpoint of tart gooseberries and white grape. At 10% ABV, the beer offers a plush, velvety texture that carries its heavy hop saturation through a soft, lingering finish, prioritizing fruit-forward complexity over aggressive bitterness.
Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (6-8 SRM); opaque and extra hazy; large, persistent, creamy white head with dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring dominant passionfruit, overripe peach, and distinct gooseberry. Secondary notes of blueberry and crushed white grape are supported by a low, sweet, doughy malt presence and clean, fruity fermentation esters.
Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of tropical and stone fruit flavors, specifically peach and passionfruit, followed by a tart, vinous gooseberry character. Malt flavor is low but provides a soft, bready foundation. Bitterness is moderate and well-integrated, lacking harshness. The finish is long and fruit-saturated with a smooth, sweet alcohol presence.
Mouthfeel. Full body with a thick, silky, and creamy texture. Medium carbonation. Significant but smooth alcohol warmth is present without being solventy. Very low hop-derived astringency.
