This nimble American Pale Ale delivers a vibrant sensory punch despite its sessionable stature. A double dry-hopping of Wakatu, Nelson Sauvin, Pacific Sunrise, and Motueka creates an aromatic explosion of juicy mango and crisp white grape. Subtle floral and earthy undertones provide a sophisticated counterpoint to the bright New Zealand hop character. While light on the palate, it maintains a robust presence with a clean, bready malt backbone that lets the tropical and vinous notes shine. It finishes exceptionally dry and refreshing, offering the complexity of a much larger beer with effortless drinkability.

Appearance. Pale straw to light golden (3-5 SRM). Pours with a slight, modern haze and a fluffy, white, moderately persistent head leaving fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity. Pronounced tropical notes of mango and passionfruit are layered with the distinctive vinous, gooseberry character of Nelson Sauvin. Motueka provides a bright lime citrus lift, while Wakatu adds subtle floral and earthy spice. Malt is low, suggesting light crackers or fresh bread dough.

Taste. Initial flavors of juicy mango and lime zest give way to a sophisticated white wine character. The mid-palate reveals floral and herbal notes with a touch of resinous earthiness from the Pacific Sunrise. Bitterness is moderate but firm enough to balance the light malt, avoiding any lingering sweetness. The finish is clean, dry, and hop-forward.

Mouthfeel. Light body with a refreshing, crisp texture. Carbonation is moderately high, enhancing the sessionable nature of the beer. Alcohol warmth is absent, and the mouthfeel is smooth without any astringency from the heavy dry-hopping.
