Little Fluffy Clouds is a lush Hazy IPA that exemplifies the luxurious oat cream profile through a velvety, juice-like presentation. Citra leads the charge, delivering an immediate wave of tangy passion fruit and ripe peach, while Mosaic and Idaho 7 add complex layers of sweet melon and soft stone fruit. The addition of Cashmere provides a subtle, citrus-herbal lift. Heavy additions of oats and lactose create a pillowy, opaque structure that carries intense hop oils without harshness. It is a vibrant, tropical experience where the residual sweetness of the malts perfectly balances a restrained, smooth bitterness, finishing with a clean, lingering fruit essence.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4–6 SRM); persistent, meringue-like white head with dense lacing; opaque with a soft, glowing haze and no visible particulates.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring dominant passion fruit, ripe peach, and sweet cantaloupe. Substantial notes of tropical stone fruit and a hint of lemon-lime citrus. The malt profile is secondary, offering a sweet, bready, and lightly creamy scent reminiscent of cereal and milk from the oats and lactose. Clean fermentation with supportive fruity esters.

Taste. Massive tropical fruit flavors led by tangy passion fruit, peach, and honeydew melon. A smooth, bready malt foundation is enhanced by a gentle lactose sweetness that softens the palate. Hop bitterness is low and expertly integrated, avoiding any sharp hop burn or resinous harshness. The finish is juicy and off-dry, with lingering notes of tropical fruit and a clean, creamy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, pillowy body with a notable creaminess from the oats and lactose. Carbonation is moderate and soft. Smooth mouthfeel throughout with a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth and no detectable astringency.
