This Hazy IPA offers a saturated hop experience, driven by an elite New Zealand selection from Freestyle Hops. The aroma is dominated by Nelson and Riwaka, providing punchy notes of white grape, gooseberry, and a distinct diesel-passionfruit edge. Citra and Motueka add layers of bright lime zest and sweet grapefruit. The pour is a glowing, opaque straw with a dense white head. On the palate, the hop intensity is amplified by Maui Nelson Sub Zero hop Kief, delivering a concentrated tropical blast against a soft, bready malt backdrop. It finishes with a smooth, restrained bitterness and a plush, rounded mouthfeel.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (3–5 SRM). Opaque haze with a luminous, glowing quality. Thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and heavy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Punchy tropical notes of passionfruit and guava meet the sophisticated white wine and crushed gooseberry character of Nelson hops. Bright citrus layers of lime and grapefruit are prominent. Very low bready, grainy malt provides a neutral base. Fermentation esters are fruity and well-integrated with the hop profile.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor featuring tropical stone fruit and citrus oil. Vinous notes of white grape and gooseberry lead into a refreshing lime and lemon zest bite. Hop bitterness is moderate but feels soft and rounded. Malt is lightly bready and supportive. The finish is off-dry and juicy, with a lingering tropical aftertaste that avoids harshness or hop burn.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth, soft, and plush texture. Carbonation is moderate. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present. No astringency or raw starch texture.
