Appearance. Very pale straw color (2–3 SRM). Displays a slight haze as an unfiltered lager, topped by a white, frothy head with moderate persistence and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate hop intensity featuring prominent lime zest, grapefruit, and fresh floral blossoms. Malt aroma is low, presenting a clean, grainy-sweet character with a very neutral fermentation profile and no detectable esters.
Taste. Initial impression is crisp and dry. Low grainy malt flavor is balanced by bright, hop-derived flavors of lemon peel and ruby grapefruit. Bitterness is low to medium-low, providing enough structure to balance the light malt base without lingering. The finish is short, clean, and highly refreshing with a neutral aftertaste.
