This indulgent Imperial Stout-based Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer evokes a classic diner breakfast in liquid form. Rich, evocative aromas of freshly brewed Colombian coffee and dark chocolate interlace with sweet, woody maple syrup. A subtle undertone of smoky, savory bacon adds a complex, umami-rich depth to the dominant roasted malts. On the palate, it delivers a decadent, full-bodied experience where waves of sweet caramelized pancake batter and dark roast coffee are balanced by a gentle, warming alcohol presence. Appearance. Opaque, jet black (SRM 40) with a thick, dense, dark-tan head that exhibits excellent retention and leaves heavy, creamy lacing on the glass.
