This Hazy IPA presents an explosion of tropical and citrus intensity, driven by a heavy-hitting combination of Citra, El Dorado, and Motueka hops. A bright, opaque pour gives way to a complex bouquet where ripe mango and zesty lemon juice dominate the senses. Subtle, sugary notes of candyfloss weave through the mid-palate, supported by a soft, bready malt base. The experience is incredibly smooth, emphasizing juice-like saturation over bitterness. Despite its moderate strength, it retains the saturated fruit character and pillowy texture of a larger beer, finishing with a lingering, tropical sweetness and a clean, refreshing lift.
Appearance. Straw to gold (SRM 4); opaque, hazy clarity with a luminous glow. Dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pronounced tropical mango and bright, lime-forward citrus. Clean, grainy-sweet malt provides a subtle background without caramel or toast. Estery fermentation character is supportive and fruity.
