Leann On Mía presents a refined take on the Scottish Export, utilizing local caramelized sugarcane to accentuate the style's signature toffee and caramel depth. The malt profile is evocative of toasted biscuits and graham crackers, balanced by a subtle, clean fermentation character. While the nose offers gentle hints of pome fruit and earthy English hops, the palate is defined by a medium bready maltiness that transitions into a slight roasty dryness. Despite its sessionable strength, the addition of sugarcane provides a rich, sugary complexity that lingers without becoming cloying, finishing crisp and refreshing with a balanced malty aftertaste.
