This award-winning Hazy IPA delivers an intense sensory profile centered on the expressive Conan yeast strain. The aroma is dominated by stone fruit esters, specifically ripe peach and apricot, which blend seamlessly with tropical notes of mango and passion fruit. A supportive, lightly grainy malt base provides a soft foundation, ensuring the focus remains on the massive hop character. The flavor mirrors the nose, offering a juicy saturation of fruit with a restrained, smooth bitterness that avoids any harshness. This Gold Medal-winning New England style IPA showcases a harmonious balance between yeast-derived fruitiness and vibrant hop oils, finishing with a lingering, silky fruit-forward impression.

Appearance. Color is deep straw to light gold (SRM 4-6) with a distinctive, opaque haze that provides a luminous shine. It features a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical fruit, mango, and citrus. Pronounced fruity esters of peach and apricot from the Conan yeast. Low, grainy, bready malt character in the background; free of caramel, toast, or DMS.

Taste. Very high fruity hop flavor consistent with the tropical and stone fruit aroma. Malt flavor is low and lightly bready. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate and exceptionally smooth, often masked by the soft body. The finish is off-dry to medium and fruit-forward without any hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. No astringency or hop burn is present. Light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
