Utilizing a specialized yeast strain from a Swiss laboratory, the beer leads with a spicy-forward aromatic profile characterized by notes of cracked black pepper and bright, zesty lemon. Its appearance is a hazy, sun-drenched gold with a persistent, rocky white head. The palate mirrors the aroma, offering a rustic, grainy malt foundation that transitions rapidly into a bone-dry finish. Moderate bitterness and high carbonation enhance its refreshing nature, delivering a crisp, citrusy, and peppery experience that defines the classic farmhouse character.
Appearance. Pale gold to light amber (approx. 5-7 SRM) with a slight haze. Features a long-lasting, dense, rocky white head with excellent Belgian lacing.
