This alpine-brewed ale balances its modern hop intensity against a delicate, grainy malt backbone that suggests fresh-baked bread. The palate is clean and bright, mirroring the aromatic fruitiness with layers of tropical stone fruit and a soft citrus pith bitterness. Refreshing and impeccably balanced, it offers a crisp finish that highlights its mountain-born purity.
