Rockies Cosmic Sauce presents as a quintessential West Coast-style India Pale Ale, delivering an assertive sensory experience defined by its hop-forward nature. It opens with an intense aroma characterized by bright citrus zest, sticky pine resin, and subtle notes of tropical stone fruit. These vibrant hop cues are anchored by a lean, clean malt backbone of pale grains that provides essential structure without interfering with the crisp, dry finish. The high bitterness is well-integrated and firm, leading to a lingering, resinous aftertaste. Appearance. Medium gold (6-8 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Displays a medium-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, pine resin, and light melon. Low, clean, bready maltiness supports the hops. Fermentation profile is clean with very low fruity esters.
