Brilliantly clear and pale gold, it opens with a delicate grainy-sweet malt aroma, quickly accented by the distinctive lime zest and mojito-like citrus notes of Motueka hops. On the palate, a soft, rounded mouthfeel carries subtle bready undertones and light pome fruit esters of pear and apple. The finish is remarkably crisp and dry, where the Motueka hops provide a modern, zesty bitterness that cleanses the tongue. It is a light-bodied, highly carbonated crusher that exemplifies precision and freshness.
