This refreshing Belgian Blond Ale presents a delicate harmony between grainy-sweet malt and expressive yeast character. Despite its sessionable 4.1% ABV, it offers a complex bouquet of coriander and ripe banana, interwoven with classic peppery phenols and subtle citrus esters. The profile is clean and remarkably smooth, reminiscent of a crisp lager but with the elevated yeast character of a Belgian ale.
