This West Coast-inspired American Pale Ale presents a crisp and vibrant profile driven by the interplay of Nelson and Cascade hops. On the nose, bright aromas of red currants and blueberry mingle with a distinctive spicy undertone and hints of white wine fruitiness. The palate is defined by a clean, neutral malt base that allows the hop character to lead, showcasing tart berry notes and a touch of floral citrus. With its lean body and firm bitterness, it delivers a refreshing, dry finish that emphasizes the modern New World hop signature while maintaining high drinkability and a focused sensory character.
