This Hazy IPA captures a vibrant, dawn-like sensory profile through a saturated, tropical lens. The specific interplay of Nelson and Citra hops creates a complex bouquet; Nelson contributes its signature crushed white grape, passionfruit, and gooseberry notes, while Citra bursts with bright grapefruit, lime zest, and sweet mango. A soft, bready malt foundation supports the massive hop presence without adding excessive weight or toastiness. The palate is a lush, juicy exhibition of stone fruit and citrus, finishing with a restrained, soft bitterness and a pillowy texture. It is an expressive, high-impact ale that balances hop intensity with smooth, approachable drinkability.
