This Hazy IPA delivers an intense tropical profile, masterfully utilizing El Dorado, Galaxy, and Mosaic hops to create a lush sensory landscape. The pour is opaque and straw-colored, releasing a high-intensity aroma of overripe passionfruit from the Galaxy and fresh pineapple driven by El Dorado. Appearance. Straw to light amber with a deep, opaque haze. Features a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by pineapple and passionfruit, with notable stone fruit notes like peach. The malt character is low and neutral, offering a light bready quality. No herbal or grassy notes are present.

Taste. Very high hop flavors of passionfruit, pineapple, and peach. Low to medium-low bitterness that is soft and never sharp. The malt flavor is low and grainy, supporting an off-dry finish that highlights the tropical hop aftertaste.
