The yeast contributes a subtle ester profile that harmonizes with the hop-derived berries, while the malt provides a neutral, bready foundation. Appearance. Straw to light orange-gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque haze with a characteristic shine; no visible particulates. Persistent, meringue-like white head with high retention and dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical pineapple and passion fruit from the El Dorado and Strata hops. Distinctive notes of ripe raspberry and red currant are present. Malt is neutral and lightly bready in the background; fermentation is clean with subtle supportive esters.
