Lake Days presents a vibrant, refreshing expression of a Wild Specialty Beer, balancing a complex wild fermentation with a bright bouquet of fruit. The aroma is dominated by zest from lemon and lime, intertwined with the delicate floral sweetness of strawberry and the tart edge of raspberry. On the palate, a clean, lactic acidity amplifies the citrus brightness, while the berries provide a layered depth that transitions into a bone-dry, effervescent finish. Appearance. Pours a hazy, pale pink to light ruby hue (SRM 4-7) with a thin, fizzy white head that dissipates rapidly, leaving minimal lacing, which is typical for beers of low pH.
