This Double IPA showcases a vibrant and complex sensory profile driven by a diverse hop quartet. Mosaic and Strata dominate the foreground with intense aromas of passion fruit, mango, and a distinct resinous dankness. Riwaka provides a sharp counterpoint of zesty pink grapefruit, while Styrian Wolf contributes subtle, intriguing notes of wild strawberry and elderflower. The experience is defined by an assertive bitterness that remains smooth, supported by a lean, grainy malt base that permits the hops to shine. It concludes with an exceptionally dry and clean finish, hiding its strength behind a layer of tropical fruit and floral complexity.
Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange with a moderate-sized, persistent white head and good lacing; displays a slight, modern haze while remaining translucent.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent passion fruit, grapefruit, and ripe berry notes; secondary layers of pine and lemongrass are present over a neutral, lightly grainy malt background.
