This West Coast-style American IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience defined by its trio of Centennial, Citra, and Mosaic hops. The aroma is high-intensity, bursting with grapefruit zest and resinous pine from the Centennial, layered with the tropical mango and ripening blueberry notes of Citra and Mosaic. A lean, pale malt base provides a clean, dry foundation that pushes the firm bitterness to the forefront. The palate is crisp and refreshing, concluding with a snappy, resinous finish and lingering citrus peel. Its brilliant clarity and focused hop delivery reflect a modern mountain-style interpretation that balances high hop saturation with exceptional drinkability.

Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, white, frothy head that exhibits excellent persistence and leaves intricate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of grapefruit, resinous pine, and floral notes, complemented by tropical accents of mango and subtle dark berries. A low, clean, grainy-sweet malt character supports the hops without competition. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.
