This Hazy IPA pours with a luminous, opaque glow, offering a sensory bridge between high-altitude peaks and lush valleys. The aromatic profile is dominated by a vibrant trio of Citra, Strata, and Columbus hops, delivering a complex bouquet of zesty grapefruit, bright lemon, and deep tropical passionfruit. A subtle, resinous undertone from the Columbus adds depth to the otherwise fruit-forward nose. On the palate, the soft, pillowy texture carries waves of citrus juice and exotic fruit flavors, supported by a clean, bready malt base. It finishes with a gentle, restrained bitterness and a refreshing, juicy persistence that highlights its sessionable strength.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM); opaque, uniform haze with a radiant shine. Crowning the pour is a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and intricate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics lead with Citra-driven grapefruit and lemon peel. Strata adds layers of passionfruit and a hint of herbal dankness, while Columbus provides a supportive earthy resin. Malt is secondary, appearing as neutral, bready, and grainy.

Taste. Explosive hop flavors of grapefruit, Meyer lemon, and tropical mango. The malt provides a light, doughy foundation that balances the hop saturation. Bitterness is low to moderate and smooth, never harsh. The finish is off-dry and clean, leaving a lingering impression of tropical fruit juice.
