This German Pils offers a modern hoppy interpretation, bridging traditional European structure with Southern Hemisphere flair. Brewed with Rakau hops, it delivers a vibrant sensory experience marked by distinct aromas of fresh apricot and peach atop a clean, grainy-sweet foundation of Pilsner malt. The appearance is brilliant straw with a persistent, creamy white head. On the palate, a firm bitterness quickly asserts itself, cutting through delicate notes of toasted cracker. This highly attenuated lager finishes bone-dry and crisp, leaving a lingering, flinty bitterness and a subtle trail of stone fruit characteristic of the unique hop selection.

Appearance. Brilliant straw to pale gold (3 SRM) with exceptional clarity; supports a dense, long-lasting, creamy white head with fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity featuring Rakau hops with notes of apricot, peach, and a hint of resin; supported by low grainy-sweet and doughy malt aromatics. Clean lager fermentation with no esters.

Taste. Initial light cracker and grainy malt flavors are quickly overtaken by a firm, clean bitterness. Rakau hop flavors provide a modern stone fruit character like apricot that persists into a long, dry, and refreshing finish. Balanced toward the hops with a clean fermentation profile.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation, providing a sharp, crisp, and refreshing sensation without any astringency or alcohol warmth.
