Cloud Chaser is a vibrant Wild Specialty Beer that captures a bright, multi-dimensional profile of summer produce and botanicals. The pour is a stunning, hazy ruby-pink, crowned by a fleeting blush-colored head. Aromas lead with sharp, fresh Raspberry and the tangy, slightly vegetal edge of Rhubarb, underpinned by a delicate, marzipan-like Almond sweetness and subtle lactic tartness. On the palate, the zingy acidity of Strawberry and Raspberry takes center stage, balanced by a smooth, nutty Almond finish that rounds out the sharp edges. Appearance. Deep pink to light ruby color (SRM 6-10 with fruit tint); hazy clarity; pink-tinted head with low to moderate retention and minimal lacing.
