This Hazy IPA radiates a luminous, opaque golden glow, delivering a saturated hop experience inspired by high-altitude clarity. The aroma is dominated by high-intensity notes of passionfruit and peach from the Galaxy hops, supported by the complex blueberry and tangerine profile of Mosaic. On the palate, the fruit expression is massive and juicy, featuring layers of tropical mango and mixed berries over a soft, bready malt foundation. A restrained bitterness allows the hop oils to shine, finishing with a clean, pillowy softness. The mouthfeel is exceptionally smooth and medium-full, capturing a vibrant, fruit-forward character through a lush, modern lens.

Appearance. 4–6 SRM. Pale straw to soft gold with a vibrant, opaque haze that creates a luminous glow. Thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring passionfruit, pineapple, and mango from Galaxy, alongside Mosaic-derived blueberry and citrus. Background notes of crackery, lightly bready malt are present; clean fermentation with no diacetyl.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with dominant tropical and stone fruit notes. Low to medium-low bitterness that is soft and never sharp. Malt flavor is low and bready, supporting an off-dry, juicy finish with a lingering tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and creamy texture. Moderate carbonation provides a smooth lift. No astringency or hop harshness is present; very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
