This robust Double IPA showcases a vibrant sensory profile driven by a heavy-handed application of Idaho, Nelson, and Azacca hops. At 9% ABV, it presents an intense aromatic bouquet of ripe mango, stone fruit, and zesty tangerine. The presence of Nelson hops introduces a sophisticated nuance of white grape and crushed gooseberry, while Idaho and Azacca contribute layers of succulent peach and tropical pulp. Despite its strength, the beer remains remarkably drinkable, balancing a soft, supportive malt backbone with a firm yet smooth bitterness. It concludes with a clean, lingering fruit-forward finish that celebrates a lush, modern hop-saturated profile.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (SRM 6-8). Opaque, hazy appearance with a thick, persistent, creamy off-white head that leaves dense lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring dominant notes of ripe peach, mango, and tangerine. Subtle crushed white grape and gooseberry notes emerge from the Nelson hops. Background malt is clean and neutral with a slight grainy-sweetness.

Taste. Initial burst of tropical mango and papaya followed by stone fruit and citrus zest. High but smooth hop bitterness that is well-integrated without harshness. Low, supportive bready malt character. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering aftertaste of peach skin and resinous hops.
