At 6.7% ABV, this beer presents a complex profile led by the distinctive tropical and white wine character of Nelson hops, complemented by the concentrated citrus and floral orange blossom notes of Citra Cryo. A classic resinous backbone from Columbus provides a grounding contrast to the bright stone fruit and peach flavors. Appearance. Color is a deep straw to light gold (4-6 SRM) with an opaque, hazy shine. Pours with a thick, meringue-like white head that demonstrates high retention and leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of ripe peach and delicate orange blossom. The Nelson hops contribute a subtle white grape and tropical fruit layer, while Columbus adds a touch of earthy resin. Malt is low, clean, and bready in the background.
