This American Pale Ale presents a vibrant sensory journey, led by the expressive interplay of 2021 crop Cascade and Strata hops. The aromatic profile is a bright explosion of tropical fruits and citrus, reminiscent of Skittles candy, underscored by a characteristic dank and weedy depth. On the palate, the hop-forward character delivers waves of soft mango and passionfruit against a clean, supportive malt backdrop. The strategic addition of wheat and oats transforms the texture, providing a luscious, fluffy, and smooth mouthfeel that enhances its sessionable nature. It finishes crisp with a moderate bitterness, leaving a lingering trail of sun-drenched hop oils and a clean, refreshing aftertaste.

Appearance. Pale golden to light amber (5-7 SRM). Large, white, persistent head with fine lacing. Exhibits a soft, slight haze from the high protein content of wheat and oats.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity hop aroma featuring pungent passionfruit, strawberry, and distinct dank/herbal notes from the Strata, complemented by floral grapefruit and lemon zest from the Cascade. Low neutral, grainy malt support; clean fermentation profile with very low fruity esters.

Taste. Initial burst of tropical fruit and citrus peel. Malt is supportive and neutral, showing low bready and grainy notes. Hop bitterness is moderate and well-integrated, balancing the soft fruitiness. The finish is medium-dry with lingering hop resin and a clean, fruity aftertaste without harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a notable creaminess and fluffy, smooth texture derived from the oats and wheat. Moderate carbonation. Very low alcohol warmth; smooth finish with no detectable astringency.
