Intergalactic is a modern, juicy interpretation of an American IPA that prioritizes a lush, soft mouthfeel through the addition of oats and wheat. Saturated with Citra and Ekuanot hops in the whirlpool and through a double dry-hopping process, the sensory profile is defined by high-intensity aromas of candied citrus and ripe tropical fruits. The palate delivers concentrated flavors of drippy mango and sweet orange, supported by a clean, grainy malt backbone. Despite its hop density, the beer maintains high drinkability with a refined, soft bitterness that lingers briefly before a crisp and clean finish.

Appearance. Medium gold with a persistent, medium-sized white head; exhibits a noticeable haze characteristic of oat and wheat additions, despite the style's typical clarity.
