Brewed with traditional Belgian candi sugar and a dual-yeast fermentation, it displays a deep aromatic complexity. Expect a vibrant bouquet of pome fruit esters and a distinctive spicy phenolic edge reminiscent of clove. Despite its significant alcohol content, the presence is elegantly integrated, offering a smooth warmth rather than heat.
