This Double IPA showcases a vibrant, tropical intensity driven by a lush blend of American and Slovenian hops. The aroma presents a saturated profile of sweet grapefruit and ripe mango, layered with bright mandarin zest. The hop character is uniquely complex, introducing subtle nuances of toasted coconut and soft vanilla that smooth out the high-ABV punch. On the palate, the beer is notably full-bodied and smooth, allowing rich hop oils to linger without harshness. It balances a firm bitterness against a clean, supportive malt backbone, finishing medium-dry with a persistent, fruit-forward aftertaste that emphasizes citrus oils and stone fruit.

Appearance. 6–10 SRM. Ranges from deep gold to light orange-copper. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with good lacing. Generally clear, though a light, hop-driven haze is acceptable.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring dominant notes of mango, mandarin orange, and sweet grapefruit. Secondary hop-derived characteristics include a hint of coconut and vanilla. Malt is neutral and clean with a faint grainy sweetness. Fermentation is clean with a soft, integrated alcohol note.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of citrus and tropical fruit. Bitterness is moderately high and firm but lacks harshness. Malt flavor is low, supportive, and clean, providing a soft bready character. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering hoppy aftertaste of grapefruit and resin. Alcohol is smooth and well-integrated.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate. A noticeable but restrained and smooth alcohol warmth is present. Free of hop-derived astringency.
