Aroma. High intensity hop character featuring prominent blueberry and tropical stone fruit from Mosaic, complemented by Ekuanot’s zesty lime and subtle herbal sage. The malt profile is uniquely grainy and slightly nutty, lacking traditional bready sweetness but offering a clean, toasted millet or rice-like presence.
Taste. Initial citrus and berry punch; Mosaic delivers ripples of mango and earthy berry while Ekuanot adds sharp lemon zest and a hint of pithy fruit. The malt flavor is distinctive—lean, slightly crackery, and nutty—supporting a moderate-high hop bitterness. Finishes dry and crisp with a lingering citrus zest and clean fermentation character.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a slightly leaner texture typical of alternative grains. Moderate carbonation provides a refreshing bite. Very light alcohol warmth at 6.5% ABV; generally smooth with low astringency despite the high hop load.
