The soul of the beer is defined by premium malted barley from Bamberger Mälzerei, imparting a clean, crackery, and lightly toasted honey character. On the palate, a crisp, flinty snap of bitterness immediately cleanses the tongue, allowing delicate herbal notes to linger. Its dry, high-carbonation finish highlights the mineral-driven refreshment essential to the style, embodying a traditional North German crispness and sophisticated hop-forward elegance.
Appearance. Straw to pale yellow (approximately 2–3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves fine lacing on the glass.
