Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (2–4 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Creamy, long-lasting white head with fine lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to moderate-high intensity. Forward hop character featuring floral and herbal notes from Saphir, complemented by distinct zesty lime and lemon from Motueka. Low grainy, doughy, and cracker-like malt sweetness. Very clean fermentation profile with no esters.
Taste. Initial crisp malt sweetness of crackers and white bread, quickly overtaken by a firm hop bitterness. Flavors of lime zest, lemon, and spicy herbs dominate the mid-palate. Finishes very dry and clean with a lingering, pleasant bitterness and a citrusy hop aftertaste.
