Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of passionfruit, crushed lime, and ripe pineapple. Mosaic provides subtle blueberry and stone fruit notes, while Galaxy and Riwaka offer sharp grapefruit and resinous pine. A clean, neutral, grainy malt character sits deep in the background. Fermentation is clean with a very light, smooth alcohol presence.
Taste. Dominant flavors of tropical fruit and citrus oils, with Galaxy-driven passionfruit and Bru-1 pineapple taking center stage. The bitterness is firm and assertive but smooth, never harsh. A lean, supportive malt profile provides a soft foundation without distracting caramel sweetness. Finishes very dry and clean with a lingering, resinous hop aftertaste and a touch of lime zest.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp bite. A restrained, well-integrated alcohol warmth is noticeable at 8.4% but remains smooth, lacking any hop-derived astringency.
