This Double IPA is a hop-saturated experience driven by a dense grain bill of wheat and oats, providing a creamy foundation. The multi-stage hop regimen featuring Strata, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, and Simcoe delivers a high-intensity sensory profile. Expect an explosion of passionfruit, white grape, and dank resin, amplified by Simcoe and Mosaic lupulin powders. While the hop character is aggressive and multifaceted, the mouthfeel remains velvety and soft, balancing the firm bitterness. It is a quintessential modern expression of the style, marrying tropical fruit notes with a clean fermentation profile and a smooth, well-integrated alcohol presence.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange; opaque with a heavy haze. Dense, rocky, long-lasting white head with significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hops featuring passionfruit, crushed white grape, and blueberry, underpinned by resinous pine and dank earthiness. Low, doughy, bready malt in the background; clean fermentation with no diacetyl.
