These traditional German hops contribute delicate layers of dried flowers, herbal spice, and a whisper of earthiness. On the palate, the malt provides a rounded, bready sweetness that glides into a soft, clean finish. Effervescent and incredibly approachable, Box Car delivers a nuanced lager experience that prioritizes elegant malt structure and refreshing drinkability over aggressive bitterness.
Appearance. Pale gold (4 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a persistent, creamy white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring grainy-sweet malt reminiscent of fresh bread dough. Low herbal and spicy hop character from the Hallertauer Mittelfrüh and Tettnanger. Clean fermentation profile with no esters or sulfur.
