Capturing the vibrant essence of a classic American IPA, Blue Crab delivers a brilliant sensory experience powered by hand-selected Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops. Bright aromas of passion fruit and mango from the Citra and Mosaic intermingle with a resinous, pine-forward backbone contributed by the Simcoe. On the palate, a clean, low-profile malt sweetness offers a brief foundation before giving way to assertive citrus zest and damp forest floor notes. This expression balances bold hop complexity with a beautifully crisp finish, offering a refreshing and intensely aromatic showcase of modern American hop selection.

Appearance. Medium gold to light amber in color with a slight, modern haze. Pouring with a persistent, dense, off-white head that leaves thick sheets of lacing as it recedes.

Aroma. Prominent and intense hop aroma showcasing vibrant tropical notes of mango and passion fruit, bright citrus peel, and a distinct piney, resinous undertone. Clean, low grainy malt sweetness in the background with a clean fermentation profile and no noticeable alcohol warmth.

Taste. High hop-forward flavor echoing the nose with layers of juicy grapefruit, pine needles, and tropical stone fruit.
