This Double IPA showcases a single-hop exploration of the New Zealand variety Nectaron, delivering an intense sensory experience typical of modern strong ales. A saturated profile of ripe peach and succulent pineapple leads the charge, followed by layers of passion fruit and sharp citrus notes of grapefruit and orange. The high alcohol content is well-integrated, providing a supportive structure for the hop-forward character without overwhelming the palate. Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper (7 SRM) with a slight, modern haze. Features a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves consistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by stone fruit and tropical notes. Prominent ripe peach and pineapple are complemented by passion fruit and citrus zest, specifically orange and grapefruit. Background malt is clean and neutral with a faint grainy character. Fermentation profile is clean with a light, smooth alcohol note.
