Taste. Strong, punchy hop flavors mirroring the aroma: intense pink grapefruit, mango, and a touch of resinous pine. Bitterness is firm and high but smooth, never harsh. The malt is soft and supportive, leaning toward a light bready character. Finish is medium-dry with a lingering citrus peel and tropical fruit aftertaste.
