Ossett Brewery – White Rat is een hoppige pale ale met karakter. Achter zijn schijnbaar pure naam schuilt een rebels bier vol levendige citrusaroma’s, frisse bitterheid en een intens hoppig profiel. Licht, fruitig en heerlijk doordrinkbaar een echte klassieker uit de RAT-serie.

This very pale, hoppy ale is made from low colour malt. A combination of Cascade, Columbus and Amarillo hops produce an intensely aromatic and resinous finish.

Lichtgekleurde ale gebrouwen met lichte moutsoorten en een krachtige hopmix van Cascade, Columbus en Amarillo. Deze frisse, hoppige ale biedt een intens aromatische en resinachtige afdronk, vol met frisse citrus en harsige tonen.

Developed by CLS farms in Moxee, Washington, El Dorado was released in 2010 and is a dual-purpose hop, useful for both bitterness and aroma. It's principal flavours are mango, peach and pineapple. El Dorado was also a rubbish short lived soap opera in the mid 1990's.

Rinfrescante, all'anvanguardie e piacevolmente amara.
