This Double Hazy IPA emerges from the mist with an intense sensory profile driven by a heavy-handed addition of Amarillo and Nelson Sauvin hops. The nose is a vibrant collision of bright citrus and crushed white grapes, characteristic of these specific varieties. On the palate, a substantial addition of oats provides a thick, velvety texture that carries deep notes of tangerine, gooseberry, and passionfruit. Despite its hefty 8.4% ABV, the alcohol is well-integrated, manifesting as a gentle warmth that supports a soft, low-bitterness finish. The result is a lush, juice-forward experience that emphasizes fruit depth and a creamy, substantial mouthfeel.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (4-6 SRM). Opaque and heavily hazy with a luminous shine. Features a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by citrus zest, orange marmalade, and fresh gooseberry. Secondary notes of tropical passionfruit and white wine grapes are present. The malt provides a clean, bready, and slightly grainy background, supported by neutral fermentation esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of juicy citrus and tropical fruit flavors. High fruit-forward hop character reflecting tangerine and white grape. Malt flavor is low to medium, presenting as soft bread and raw grain. Bitterness is low to medium-low, well-masked by the dense body. The finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering fruity aftertaste devoid of hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full to full body with a smooth, creamy texture enhanced by the use of oats. Carbonation is moderate. A noticeable but pleasant alcohol warmth is present without any sharp solvent or fusel notes. No astringency or raw starch grit.
