This collaboration between Ossett Brewery and Siren Craft Brew reimagines the American Pale Ale with a modern, New England-inspired twist. A soft, creamy foundation built on oats provides a velvety canvas for a double dry-hopped explosion of tropical and stone fruits. Aromas of fresh mango and zesty orange dominate the nose, accented by a subtle, sweet berry undertone. On the palate, the hop profile is vibrant and juicy, showcasing layers of ripe peach and citrus. Appearance. Pale golden (SRM 5-7) with a characteristic haze from the New England influence. Crowning the pour is a moderately large, frothy white head with excellent retention and persistent lacing.

Taste. Initial impressions are hop-forward, bursting with stone fruit and tropical flavors. Mango and peach flavors lead into a juicy orange mid-palate. Mouthfeel. Medium body with a notable creaminess and soft texture derived from the use of oats. Carbonation is moderate. Overall smooth finish without astringency or alcohol warmth.
