This expression highlights a thick, hazy body derived from a generous addition of oats, providing a plush foundation for an expressive hop profile. The use of Harlequin and Superdelic hops delivers a punchy bouquet of citrus and ripe berries, while a late addition of Citra anchors the experience with signature tropical fruit notes. Despite its approachable 4.3% ABV, the beer delivers a lush, pillowy texture that carries intense hop oils through a clean, refreshing finish, balancing drinkability with modern hop saturation.
Appearance. Pale golden (approx. 5-6 SRM) with a pronounced, persistent haze. Features a thick, creamy white head with excellent retention and substantial lacing.
Aroma. Moderately high intensity hop aroma featuring dominant tropical passionfruit and grapefruit from Citra, layered over distinctive red berry and stone fruit nuances from Superdelic and Harlequin. Low grainy malt sweetness and a clean fermentation profile support the hop-forward character.
Taste. Initial burst of sweet citrus and mixed berries, transitioning into pineapple and mango. Malt flavor is low, providing a neutral, bready base that showcases the hops.
