Despite its sessionable strength, it delivers a sophisticated bouquet of soft strawberry, ripe peach, and tropical passionfruit. The neutral pale malt base provides a clean, biscuity canvas that allows the unique stone fruit and berry hop characteristics to shine. Appearance. Pale golden (approx. 5 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a moderately large, frothy white head that shows good retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high hop aroma featuring distinct notes of fresh strawberry, stone fruit peach, and a touch of tropical passionfruit. Low, clean, bready malt presence supports the hops. Fermentation is clean with very low fruity esters.
Taste. Initial impression is bright fruitiness led by peach and strawberry. Hop bitterness is moderate but firm, balancing a light bready malt sweetness. Hop flavors mirror the aroma with a subtle passionfruit edge. Finish is dry and clean with a lingering, soft fruit-skin aftertaste.
