Nature is a modern, vibrant American Pale Ale designed for high drinkability and a luscious sensory profile. The selection of Mosaic, Idaho #7, and Citra Cryo hops creates a tropical symphony of mango, citrus, and berry notes. The use of oats, wheat, and maltodextrin provides a surprisingly substantial and creamy body for its sessionable strength, while the Verdant yeast strain contributes soft stone fruit esters. This combination results in a 'juicy' character that balances moderate hop bitterness with a soft, pillowy malt backbone, offering a refreshing and flavor-dense experience that emphasizes contemporary hop aromatics over traditional malt sweetness.

Appearance. Pale golden to light yellow (4-6 SRM) with a persistent, frothy white head and excellent lacing. Displays a characteristic haze and opacity resulting from the high protein content of the oats and wheat.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics dominated by tropical fruit, specifically passion fruit and guava from the Citra Cryo and Mosaic. Secondary notes of apricot and peach arise from the Verdant yeast esters, complemented by a light resinous and herbal pine hint from the Idaho #7. Malt aroma is low and neutral, presenting as fresh bread.

Taste. Initial flavors of grapefruit, blueberry, and stone fruit lead into a soft, bready malt mid-palate. The bitterness is moderate and well-integrated, providing a clean counterpoint to the perceived sweetness of the maltodextrin. The finish is smooth and fruity with a lingering citrus zest aftertaste, devoid of harshness or excessive graininess.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a notable creaminess and roundness for a lower-alcohol beer, enhanced by the oats and wheat. Carbonation is moderate. Alcohol warmth is absent, and the finish is smooth with no perceived astringency.
