The traditional yeast character adds a layer of spicy pepper and orchard fruit complexity, which is accentuated by high attenuation and a firm bitterness. Appearance. Pale yellow to medium gold with brilliant clarity. Displays a moderate-sized, persistent, billowy white head with characteristic lacing.
